A rollover crash that brought down utility wires and left an SUV upside down ended with a DWI arrest in Saratoga County, the sheriff's office announced.
Barbara A. Frederick, 39, of Ballston Lake, was charged after the single-vehicle crash on Ballston Lake Road in Clifton Park at 1:10 a.m. on Sunday, June 7, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff's Office.
Investigators say Frederick was driving a 2014 Subaru Forester northbound when the vehicle left its lane of travel, crossed into the opposite lane, struck a mailbox and guardrail, and overturned.

A Pennsylvania woman crashed into a utility pole in Bergen County on Saturday, June 6, after a cigarette fell into her lap, police said.
The driver, 42, was behind the wheel of a gray Dodge Ram 1500 pickup when she swerved and struck the pole at approximately 2 p.m., Palisades Park Police Capt. James Rotundo said. The truck then hit three parked vehicles, according to Rotundo.

A 28-year-old man died after being caught in a rip current off a Long Beach Island beach, authorities said.
Police, firefighters, and EMS crews responded to East 21st Street in Ship Bottom at approximately 2:28 p.m. on Friday, June 5, after receiving reports that four people were caught in a rip current, according to the Ship Bottom Police Department.
